Who Are The Trash Panda’s?
The Rocket City Trash Pandas are a Double-A Team that is affiliated with the Los Angeles Angels. The Trash Pandas are located in Madison Alabama and play all of their home games in the Toyota Field.
How did they get their name?
The name “Rocket City” comes from the close proximity to Huntsville Alabama which is where a high population of the rocket industry resides. The Trash Panda part just comes from a cute nick name for the the high populations of raccoons in the area.
